Far in the lands of Humboldt in a beautiful lil part of California there is a small community called Shelter Cove.  This gorgeous part of the country is having its second annual comedy festival with headliner Rodney Norman.  There will be a myriad of comedians from around the country, from Philadelphia and Columbus OH up to Tacoma Washington and down here in the Bay Area.
